Revelations has a cover

Heaven Sent: RevelationsIsn’t it lovely?

That’s Gretchen on the left, you’ve met her before. Owen, her new personal assistant, is in the middle. Isn’t he adorable? And that would be Archer on the right. He’s just as dark and luscious as he looks :D

I’m still working on an excerpt, but I’ve got a draft of a blurb:

For years, Gretchen’s main objective has been taking care of the boys of Heaven Sent. When her boys decide to take a year-long hiatus, she decides to do the same.

Before she can begin her summer off, Gretchen has one last public commitment. There, she meets tall, mysterious, and wickedly handsome Archer Thanos. Archer’s company has a video game based on Heaven Sent and he’s has been trying to get in touch with her to discuss it. Their first meeting quickly turns into a discussion of another type … in a nearby hotel room, sending Gretchen headlong into a whirlwind summer affair she hadn’t anticipated.

Only, someone isn’t exactly thrilled about Gretchen and Archer’s romance.  Gretchen’s adorable new assistant, Owen, has been pining for his boss since he started working for her but he hasn’t had the courage to assert himself and tell her he wants her. The result, Gretchen is completely blind to his feelings for her. To make matters worse, after meeting Archer, Owen knows he has no chance against the handsome devil. His own attraction to the older man is instant and overwhelming, the bisexual urges he hasn’t divulged to Gretchen fully awakening.

Owen thinks he’s not enough for Gretchen. Gretchen thinks Owen is far too young for her. Archer thinks they’re both ridiculous. He knows the three of them are just right for each other, if they can survive the miscommunications and trials ahead.

Am done! On to the next with new pics for inspiration

I should point out a bit of news that pertains to me in particular. I’m done with Heaven Sent: Revelations! woohooo. Putting the polish on it and getting it beta read, but it should be in my editor’s hands by the end of the week.

Next, I write Dark Elves VI: Awakening. Yes, I’m finally going to start it *is scared* But I made some pretty pictures so that’ll help.

Eyrhaen Radin and Brevin

After DE6, I’ve signed a contract to write a m/m sequel to One For The Team called Team Player. Jason’s thinking too much after Jen and Ken’s wedding and Davey’s bound and determined to keep him off kilter.

Heaven Sent: Revelations

Heaven Sent: RevelationsTo be released July 28, 2009 by Loose Id

Pairing: m/m/f

Available soon in ebook at Loose Id

This is Gretchen’s story. Technically, if you don’t count the shorts, this is book six of the series. It occurs the same year that starts in Heaven Sent 5: Genesis. I’m not putting a “6″ in the title though because it’s not really part of the main arc. That ended with Genesis. This is an addition.

Yes, you read the pairing correctly. This is a menage story. I assure you, Owen and Archer are into each other — eventually — but Gretchen is definitely not an extra in the relationship. And she is, in fact, a girl, not a cross dresser.

For those m/m purists, don’t fear. I promise to recap all that’s necessary in the first Indigo Knights book. You don’t HAVE to read this one to keep up, although I, of course, hope that you’ll give Gretchen a try.

POLL: Heaven Sent – Gretchen

Time for a little bit of fun.

If you’ve read the Heaven Sent books, then you’re familiar with Gretchen Hobbes, their manager. Personally, I rather like Gretchen. I mean, she keeps those boys in line, she’s got to be something, right? Well, I’ve got an idea for a romance for her. But since the series is yaoi…

So how about a poll (and this gives me a chance to play with a new widget too :D ). It’s open until the end of the month. FYI, it may or may not influence if I write the story or not. I’m just curious.

BTW, if you’re not logged into the site, I don’t know who you are or how you voted so no worries if you don’t want me to know how you voted ;)

Feel free to leave a comment if you’d like to elaborate on your answer.

Interview with Johnnie Heaven

Heaven Sent 1: HeavenAt long last the interview I promised with Mr. Johnnie Heaven, star of Heaven Sent 1: Heaven and the guy who started the whole Heaven Sent series.

*********************************

Johnnie Heaven waits for me on a balcony overlooking the distant Pacific Ocean. My, that sounds lovely, doesn’t it? To have a gorgeous rockstar waiting for me? And it is lovely. I spend a short moment watching him, his long body folded into a chair, bare feet propped up on the balcony railing before him. Blue lounge pants cover his long legs with a lighter blue dress shirt draping broad shoulders and slimly muscled arms. All that glorious hair is loose, spilling down the back of the chair in hues from gold through chestnut to chocolate.

He chuckles without looking at me, sipping at his soft drink. “You’re late.”

I grimace and finally step onto the small space. “I know.”

“You’re the one who kept putting it off.”

“Quiet, you,” I mutter, sitting in a chair beside him. continue reading
